Courtney Crosley’s expertise is the analysis of data and finances. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance and has worked in the industry in a variety of roles for over 15 years, which is why she has such a great understanding of the loan process. Her passion lies in helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership – this also includes helping her clients understand the benefits of owning property. This is one of the largest financial transactions a person will undertake, so she focuses her efforts towards taking special care ensuring they understand the details of the transaction.

 

Courtney started in the industry over 15 years ago as an assistant to a loan broker and the processor, she quickly ascended the ranks working as an account manager at a wholesale company where she credits learning her practical business knowledge. Her exceptional interpersonal skills along with her training in Account Management helped her understand the underwriting side and what would be required to best set up her clients for success from the beginning. For the last 10 years, Courtney has been an assistant to a top producing loan officer.

 

Courtney is passionate about the Ronald McDonald House because her brother and sister-in-law stayed with them while their triplets were in the NICU and it was wonderful to see that an organization exists solely to help families stay close together. Courtney’s roots are in family, and this is clear in her business practices as well as personal life, she will assist you in making the best choices for you and your own family.
